   i am looking for a bush or plant similar to these Carissa-Grandiflora,Carissa-Macrocarpa,Carissa-Carandas. I was told that a bush i know of here in Puerto Rico that looks the same as the Carissa-Gradiflora but shows no fruit only intense green leaves,white flower and thorns but not like the rose.I was told i can boil water drop the leaves in leave in for a while drink it and is good for back pains and spasm muscular relief, how much of this is true? And which of these plants are good for this?

   @david, Sorry I can’t help you figure this out. For back pains and muscle spasm, I would try massaging with warming Chinese herbal oils. And wear good shoes and have a good bed. Good luck!
