I’ve always loved penguins. There is just something neat about a bird that can’t fly, but loves to swim underwater. Can live in freezing temperatures and depend on other penguins for warmth.

I love how the black and white is to represent the symbolism of Taoism. Peng Shui is the perfect name too. Artwork by English artist Peter Cross.

Another one I like, also with penguins and mistletoe. Although the mistletoe seem so big compare to the penguins. Romantic birds. Under the Mistletoe by Jean Paul Ferrero.
Other nice facts about penguins is how good they take care of their babies too. Each parent takes turn looking for food while the other keeps the baby warm. For them it’s real teamwork. Penguins are amazing animals. You just have to love them!

This one is cute too, a baby polar bear and baby penguin having fun and watching the north star. Artwork by Makiko Kimura.

Did you get to see Happy Feet? It’s one of Lee’s favorite cartoons. I didn’t realize that the daddy also help take care of the youngins until I saw the cartoon.
I like the last card, the baby polar bear and baby penguin look adorable, this reminds me to get a card for Lee.

Nye,
Happy Feet was a good story - except I didn’t like all the singing. When I was a kid, the singing never bothered me. I guess I thought it was just part of the movie.

Cambree, singing is part of the movie for kids. And in real life, Lee loves to sing, life seems so happy when you’re a kid, and I’m glad that she has a happy childhood.

Nye, I’m glad to see Lee has many artistic talents, she is a lucky girl. And you are a lucky mom!
